Rangers have found the body of Devin Ossman in Mount Rainier National Park.
Rangers following fresh tracks in the snow made the discovery Wednesday morning.
They found the body of Ossman about a mile and a half from the trailhead.
Rangers will continue to work on removing his body this afternoon.
About 20 searchers and two dogs were looking for the man since Tuesday.
A park spokeswoman said an overcast sky prevented a helicopter from joining the search.
Authorities said Ossman was not dressed for an overnight stay in the woods.
The search began after, a ranger noticed that a vehicle had been parked all day Monday at a trailhead in the Kautz Creek area, and a check of the license plate showed Ossman had been reported missing by his wife earlier that day.
