At 10:31 a.m., a caller reported that an injured Canada goose was in a parking lot on Highway 20.

At 11:22 a.m., a Cozy Place resident reported that someone switched a gun with a different gun in a bedside drawer.

At 2:24 p.m., a Parks Avenue resident reported that someone tried to open the door to the house.

At 6:30 p.m., a resident reported hearing an agitated man on Cove View Drive screaming swear words.

At 7:50 p.m., a Terrace Drive resident reported that a blond man in his yard had his pants and underwear down and said, “I’m asking for a spanking.” The caller said it wasn’t the first time it happened.

At 7:58 p.m., a Maxwelton Road resident reported that two large Labradoodles keep getting loose and attacking neighbors’ dogs.

At 3:18 p.m., a caller reported that a woman without a license was sitting in a blue truck and ranting on Northgate Drive.

At 7:40 p.m., a Haven Road resident reported that a neighbor set a privacy screen on fire.

At 11:27 p.m., a Wahl Road resident reported that someone was lighting fireworks on the caller’s private beach.

At 7:41 a.m., a caller reported that a man was staggering on the side of a business on Second Street.

At 9:50 p.m., a Durham Way resident reported hearing a prowler walking around inside her house.

At 12:15 a.m., a caller reported that a group of people wearing ski masks and shorts were on East Harbor Road.

At 3:41 a.m., a caller reported that a man was sleeping under a trash bag near Highway 525.

At 11:05 a.m., a man reported he was going to jump off the bridge and then make a bad decision.

At 12:12 p.m., a resident reported that a person on Teronda Drive may be involved with zoophilia, bestiality and child porn.

At 2:42 p.m., a woman reported that her purse was stolen from her car at Joseph Whidbey Park.

At 5:14 p.m., a resident reported that whale watching boats were getting too close to orcas in Penn Cove.

At 5:37 p.m., a caller reported that an elderly man was wearing a cowboy hat on Highway 525.
