Wednesday, Aug. 21

At 1:06 p.m., officers were asked to check on a woman who had been missing from her home in California for two weeks.

At 1:50 p.m., a Northeast Midway Boulevard resident reported that speeding vehicles have been an ongoing problem in the area.

At 3:45 p.m., a caller reported being harassed by a person driving a Chevy on Southwest Erie Street.

Thursday, Aug. 22

At 10:59 a.m., a Southeast Barrington Drive caller reported “feeling bad” and hazy after smoking.

At 12:46 p.m., a West Crescent Harbor Road resident reported that a home has lots of animals and the whole yard is full of pansy which is toxic to those animals.

At 8:33 p.m., a caller on Highway 20 reported three people in ski masks attempting to break into cars.

Friday, Aug. 23

At 3:04 a.m., a Northwest Lateen Street resident reported that their 16-year-old daughter was involved in an internet scam.

At 10:09 a.m., a Northwest Fifth Avenue caller reported that a French bulldog was left out in the rain without food and water.

At 10:34 a.m., a Southeast Barrington Drive caller wanted to speak to someone about registering firearms.

At 11:43 a.m., a Central Drive caller reported that his wife has kidnapped his children and moved to Florida.

Saturday, Aug. 24

At 12:08 p.m., a Northwest Fairhaven Drive resident reported that her husband has been receiving fraud calls in reference to missing jury duty.

At 5:08 p.m., a Southeast Barrington Drive caller reported that a woman set a box on fire to warm her hands.

At 9:08 p.m., a caller on Southeast Pioneer Way reported that a live band was playing in an empty lot with a stage on it.

Sunday, Aug. 25

At 12:27 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street caller asked if a 15-year-old can legally date a 13-year-old.

At 5:37 p.m., a caller at a Highway 20 business reported that a wheelchair was stolen from the front of the building.

At 5:49 p.m., a Southeast Cabot Drive caller reported that a woman was throwing glass out the window.

At 10:16 p.m., a Southeast Ireland Street resident reported a “ding dong ditch” and a dark figure in front of her door.

At 11:45 p.m., a Southwest Stroops Drive resident reported noisy kids playing next door.

Monday, Aug. 26

At 5:21 p.m., a Highway 20 caller reported that someone has been putting rubber glue all over their car and property for the last week and a half.
