Sunday, July 14
At 4:28 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man wearing a quilt and a purple hat was taking photos of kids on Bayshore Drive.
At 8:42 p.m., a resident at a Pioneer Way location reported that the springs in her bed were an eighth of an inch too high and that she was uncomfortable.
Monday, July 15
At 1:20 a.m., a caller on Barlow Street reported that a woman called her a “Jesus mistake” and jumped her.
At 11:03 p.m., a resident reported that prostitutes were in the parking lot on North Oak Harbor Street. The caller said a woman thought she was a “John” and tried to get into her car.
Tuesday, July 16
At 2:45 p.m., a Southwest Third Avenue resident reported that a man had his pants down.
Wednesday, July 17
At 2:55 a.m., a caller reported that two people under a white sheet were in the bushes on North Oak Harbor Street. One was snoring and the other wasn’t breathing.
Thursday, July 18
At 5:02 p.m., a resident reported that a nude man was walking around behind an apartment complex on Highway 20. The caller later reported that the naked guy was trying to punch through a glass window.
Friday, July 19
At 5:14 a.m., a man near Wendy’s reported he was being chased by boys.
At 5:18 p.m., a man reported that he sent someone explicit photos and the person was trying to exploit him.
At 8 p.m., a caller reported that a man urinated on a building on Highway 20.
Saturday, July 20
At 10:50 a.m., a caller reported that a man in a red shirt swore at the splash park.
At 2:24 p.m., a resident reported that a man with a walker was blocking traffic on Northeast Oleary Street.
At 3:32 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man in a long black trench coat was standing behind Haggen.
At 10:06 p.m., a caller reported that a “creepy male” was staring at a house on Northeast Seventh Avenue.
Sunday, July 21
At 1:20 a.m., a resident reported that two gangs were after him. The caller later reported that a get-away car was stolen.
At 8:36 a.m., a woman at the bus stop on Bayshore Drive reported that someone was chasing her.
At 6:10 p.m., a Capital Drive resident reported that a man sitting on a curb looked homeless and was making neighbors nervous.
Monday, July 22
At 5:38 a.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that white pills were spilled all over the ground outside.
At 9:29 a.m., a caller reported finding a large bag of weed on Southeast Eighth Avenue.
At 9:30 a.m., a resident reported finding a crack pipe on Barlow Street.
At 3:36 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that about 20 kids were outside her house, yelling and trying to get a neighbor girl to fight.
