At 4:28 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man wearing a quilt and a purple hat was taking photos of kids on Bayshore Drive.

At 8:42 p.m., a resident at a Pioneer Way location reported that the springs in her bed were an eighth of an inch too high and that she was uncomfortable.

Monday, July 15

At 1:20 a.m., a caller on Barlow Street reported that a woman called her a “Jesus mistake” and jumped her.

At 11:03 p.m., a resident reported that prostitutes were in the parking lot on North Oak Harbor Street. The caller said a woman thought she was a “John” and tried to get into her car.

At 2:45 p.m., a Southwest Third Avenue resident reported that a man had his pants down.

At 2:55 a.m., a caller reported that two people under a white sheet were in the bushes on North Oak Harbor Street. One was snoring and the other wasn’t breathing.

At 5:02 p.m., a resident reported that a nude man was walking around behind an apartment complex on Highway 20. The caller later reported that the naked guy was trying to punch through a glass window.
