In a departure from the norm, the Port of South Whidbey will hold its regular January meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12 at China City restaurant in Freeland.

Among the issues on the table is the planned expansion of the Langley Marina and funding possibilities and maintenance projects at Possession Beach Waterfront Park, the Clinton, Freeland and Bush Point docks.
