Whidbey Island Friends Meeting, also known as Whidbey Island Quakers, holds weekly worship services every Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist building, located at 20103 Highway 525 about two miles north of Freeland.

This time of silent worship together may include spoken messages or sharing of spiritual journeys. On the first Sunday of each month, an additional time of singing at

3:30 p.m. precedes the worship service. As Margaret Fell, a 17th century Quaker wrote: “We are a people that follow after those things that make for peace, love, and unity; it is our desire that others’ feet may walk in the same.”
