Unity of Whidbey will hold service at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8 at the church, 5671 Crawford Road.

The day’s speaker is Barbara Johns, and the title of the talk is “What’s it all About?”

Johns joins the congregation this week to report on the Parliament of Religions event that was recently held in Salt Lake City and attended by 10,000. Why was this an important event? Why does it matter to people on South Whidbey Island? Johns will share her perspective as a grateful participant. Julie Pigott will bring the musical inspiration and Donna Vanderheiden will be the platform host.
