Brook Eckert and Andrew Van Wetter are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Ryan Marley Willem Van Wetter on Aug. 3, 2011.

Ryan weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He joins sisters Shelbie, Madelynn, Ashlie, Alyson, Keona, and Teresa at home in Freeland. Ryan’s maternal grandparents are Steve Eckert of Freeland and Kim Pratt of Clinton. He is the 14th grandchild of paternal grandparents Paul and Ann Van Wetter of Clinton. He is also blessed with two great-grandmothers, Helen Endres and Lenora Eckert of Freeland.
