South Whidbey students make Skagit Valley College honor roll

The following students were placed on the Skagit Valley College academic honor roll for Spring quarter, 2013. To qualify, students must maintain a 3.75 or higher grade-point average in courses numbered 100-level or above while carrying 12 or more credits.
