The Port of South Whidbey Commissioners will hold a special meeting this Wednesday to discuss staff reorganization and the fairgrounds plan.

Commissioners have been in the process of deciding how to reorganize staff members for the upcoming year.

To assist the process, commissioners brought on former financial manager Dane Anderson as a consultant. The commissioners hope to restructure the staff to include an executive director and a lower-level position for maintenance and operations.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, at the Port of South Whidbey conference room at 1804 Scott Road, Freeland.
