State Sen. Barbara Bailey of Oak Harbor, Rep. Norma Smith of Clinton and Rep. Dave Hayes of Marysville will speak about the 2013 legislative session and the special session, which ends June 11.

The event, hosted by Republican Women of North Whidbey, is from 4 to 6 p.m.
