A 40-year-old Langley man accused of selling a stolen generator to a relative could end up in jail.
Kendall Cobb was charged Jan. 10 in Island County Superior Court with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and first-degree possession of stolen property.
The Island County Sheriff’s Office alleges that last June Cobb sold a Honda generator to a South Whidbey woman for $300. The generator matched one that was stolen in a burglary.
Cobb did not appear for a court hearing Jan. 24.
If convicted of the charges, he could face six to 12 months jail.
