The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board has suspended the marijuana license for Whidbey Island Cannabis Company for five days for failing to maintain a required surveillance system.
Marijuana will not be removed, sold, or delivered at the establishment during the period of the suspension. The licensee and employees are required to maintain compliance with all “applicable marijuana laws and rules,” according to the notice. The notice was posted on Jan. 13 and will last until Jan. 18.
