The Whidbey Island Farm Tour Committee needs farms for the ninth annual Whidbey Island Farm Tour.

The tour takes place the third weekend of September each year, on Sept. 20-21 this year.

The Farm Tour, organized by the Whidbey Island Conservation District, highlights a diversity of farms across Whidbey Island and gives farmers an opportunity to meet visitors and promote their locally-grown products in an on-the-farm setting as well as to highlight their resource conservation practices, according to a Conservation District news release.
