Whidbey Kiwanis adds to $80K check to Seattle Children’s Hospital

The South Whidbey Kiwanis club contributed to the Kiwanis Children’s Cancer Program-Seattle, which recently donated a check for $80,000 to Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The South Whidbey Kiwanis club contributed to the Kiwanis Children’s Cancer Program-Seattle, which recently donated a check for $80,000 to Seattle Children’s Hospital.

That money will fund one of three years of a single fellowship at the hospital. Since 2010, the Kiwanis Children’s Cancer Program-Seattle has raised more than $160,000. A total of 70 Kiwanis clubs and more than 2,000 members raised funds and drew awareness to childhood cancer.
