Andre was born on August 29, 1970 in Rochester, New York. He is survived by his mother Flossie, brother Andrew, 11 aunts and uncles and countless beloved cousins. Andre also leaves behind hundreds of us who loved him, from Rochester to Whidbey and points in between.
