Betty June Vance, a lifetime resident of Oak Harbor, passed away at Providence Hospital on Oct. 5, 2021.

A memorial service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 201 NE O’leary Street, Oak Harbor, WA 98277 on at 11 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2021.
