Debra Kiyoko Laws

Debra Kiyoko Laws, 47, died June 18, 2003, in Coupeville.

She was born Sept. 12, 1955, in Yokohama, Japan.

She moved from Utah to Whidbey Island nine years ago to be with her partner, Curtis. According to her family, she was a great movie buff and enjoyed reading and quiet time by the ocean.

She is survived by her mother, Vola Reynolds, Oak Harbor; four children, Brandy Reynolds of Everett, Justin White of Oak Harbor, and Adrian Laws and Kristi Laws, both of Langley; her partner, Curtis Price of Langley; four grandchildren, Alycia Bridges and Dakotta May, both of Everett, Elijah White of St. George, Utah, and Dillon White of Las Vegas; and extended family, Rachel Price of Langley.
