Dolores Joan Percy Refrew Meeks, 74, passed away Nov. 9, 2002, at home with her family at her bedside.

She was born in Webster City, Iowa, and moved with her parents to Washington at age 2. The most recent 35 years of her life she lived on Whidbey Island. For the past 15 years, she owned and operated the Lone Lake Cottage and Breakfast.

She is survived by two sons, Bill Casey and Ken Casey and wife, Mary; five grandchildren, Wendy, Christine, Billie, Kathy and Chris; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Percy and wife, Sandy; two sisters Sally Holder and husband, Allen, and Arleen Stenger and husband, John; an aunt, Jean; and many nieces and nephews.

At her request, there will be no public memorial service. There will be a small private gathering for close family members. Arrangements are under the direction of Visser Funeral Home, Langley.
