Garey M. Richards passed away on Oct. 6, 2021 at the age of 66 at his home in Oak Harbor, Washington. He was born November 18, 1954 in South Carolina. Garey spent seven years in the Army before moving to the Pacific Northwest in 1987. While he most recently resided in the PNW, he always considered Alabama his home.
