Beloved mother, grandmother and friend Inger Sofia Jensen Jordan, passed away at the young age of 77.

She was born in Aarhus, Denmark, and spent her early childhood years in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, and the latter years in Seattle. The last years were lovingly spent on Whidbey Island. She adored her home and family and was actively involved in the Senior Center and Ryther Child Center on Whidbey Island.

All that knew her knew her for her warm heart and kind words. She will truly be missed.

She leaves her sister, Betty Browne; and two brothers, Ivar and Walter Jensen. She is survived by her children, Glen McCon-nachie, Krista Sires and Kevin Jordan; as well as her grandchildren, Ashley McConnachie, Madison and Cameron Sires.

A memorial service will be held July 24 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeland.
