James Herman Walter fell asleep peacefully in his Vashon Island home on Sept. 21, 2006.

He was born Sept. 24, 1932 and raised on Whidbey Island.

We will celebrate the memories of his life with a memorial at 2 P.M. Saturday, Sept. 30, the Vashon Island Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 19850 SW Beall Road, Vashon.
