James “Jim” Houlihan was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1931. He passed away January 15, 2023 at his home in Oak Harbor.

Jim is survived by son, Matthew and daughter, Kathleen; beloved dog, Lucky; his brother, Garth and sister-in-law, Sandy; sister-in-law, Sue; nieces, Lori, Karen, Wendy, Erin, Jo and Peggy; nephews John, Kelly and Mike.

Jim loved his family, nature and adventures and was a friend to all. Proverbs 17:17

Service is scheduled for 2/17/23 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Augustine’s Catholic Church in Oak Harbor with a reception following.
