Joanne Hannah, 86, of Langley passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 as a result of a stroke she suffered in January.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Feb. 10 at the Langley United Methodist Church. A reception will follow.

Donations in her name may be made to WAIF (Whidbey Animals’ Improvement Foundation) or the Langley United Methodist Church Memorial Fund. A full obituary to follow.
