John Edwin “Ed” Holm, 83, of Clinton, died Feb. 4, 2003, at Sandy Hook.

He was born June 13, 1919, in Seattle, and was a lifelong commercial fisherman.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Louise; children Pia Shepherd and her husband, Craig, John Holm and his wife, Marilyn, Julia Azrael and her husband, Jeremy, Paul Holm, and Glenn Martin and his wife, Vanessa; a brother, Norman Holm; and eight grandchildren.

A service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Beck’s Garden Chapel, Edmonds. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Park, Edmonds.
