Linda Marie Ogden Long went to be with The Lord on May 2, at Coupeville, after a long battle with cancer. She was born May 19, 1951, in Seattle to Melvin R. Ogden and Frances M. Smith Ogden. 

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Larry Long; a daughter, Rosetta Nick Vanbrocklin; three grandchildren, Preston Winkleman of Springfield, Mo., Gracie Weatherford of Coupeville; and Keven Winkleman of St. Helena Mont.; a brother, James F Ogden (Debbie); and many nieces and nephews, all of Whidbey.

She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Ogden and son, Keven Lee Winkleman of Oak Harbor; her brother Melvin Odgen Jr. of Oak Harbor.
