Michael Alan Moore, a 25-year resident of Whidbey Island and owner of Mike’s Outboards, passed away Aug. 30, 2010.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Carol; three children, five grandchildren and numerous friends.

A memorial will be held at the House of Prayer Church in Langley at 2 p.m. Sept .18, followed by a private reception at his home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the church.
