Patrick Lee Wade, 38, died July 17, 2007 while serving in the Navy as a result of combat operations in support of “Operation Iraqi Freedom.”

Funeral services with full military honors for Patrick will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 25 at the Oak Harbor First Reformed Church.

Arrangements are entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel.
