Pauline Young

Pauline Young, age 98, passed away in Freeland on March 1, 2016.

Pauline and her husband Charlie built a cabin on Bells Beach in the 1950s and later built it into their dream home where they eventually retired. They were members of the Useless Bay Golf and Country Club and had many friends on the island.

Pauline spent her final years at Maple Ridge in Freeland. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie, daughter Sharon and son Gary. She is survived by her son Chuck (Linda) of Indio, Calif. and daughter Marilyn (Paul) of Everett, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside ceremony will take place at Langley Cemetery at a later date.
