All friends are invited to a celebration of life for Richard Tilkin, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at 3921 S Saratoga Road, Langley.

“Papa Rich” died unexpectedly in his sleep on Valentine’s Day, 53 years to the day after he and Cynthia began dating.

Please come and laugh and tell stories about our friend, husband, dad and grandpa.
