Robert A. Christian, 67, of Belfair, Wash., owner and operator of Bucket List Towing Co., passed away peacefully on Thursday May14, 2020.
He was born in Chicksa, Okla., and raised in Oak Harbor, Wash. After graduating high school, he entered the Army and served in Vietnam. Robert retired from the Department of Defense after serving 34 years.
Robert had many interests and hobbies, including riding motorcycles with his wife, Kim, and attending Seahawks and Mariners games, watching soccer, hockey and car racing. He was a certified Scuba diver, taking trips to California to pan for gold, and an amateur photographer who loved taking pictures and capturing people off guard.
He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Kim, and their three fur babies.
He is also survived by his son, Trevor; sister, Debbie Haun (Mike); four brothers, Fred Christian, Jr. (Shari), of Tacoma, Wash., twin brother, Richard Christian, Jack Christian and Michael Christian (Gail), all of Oak Harbor, Wash.; and his special paternal aunt, Gracie Klauss, of Roxboro, N.C. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, JoAnn Gust, and sister-in-law, Charlene Whitfield, both of Marysville, Calif., and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mae Christian, and sister-in-law, Patti Christian.
Per request, there will be no service.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
