Robin Lynch, 69, passed away July 14, 2005 at her home in Freeland.

She was born June 18, 1936 in Nottingham, England, a daughter of Leslie and Elsie Sugden. Robin attended University of Nottingham. She married Nicholas Joseph Lynch.

Robin and Nicholas moved from California to Whidbey Island 23 years ago. She was a Realtor in Freeland, and a member of the South Whidbey Gourmet Club. She was a classically trained musician. She loved to garden, read and travel in the United States and abroad.

She is survived by her husband, Nicholas Joseph Lynch; two children, Erin Lynch and husband, Charles Elhassan, and Christopher Lynch and wife, Darby Watson; and three grandchildren, Zachary Elhassan, Amanda Elhassan and Angelina Elhassan.

A celebration will be held 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 20 at Freeland Hall. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be sent to Friends of Friends Medical Support, PO Box 812, Langley, WA 98260.<
