The South Whidbey High School wrestling team got back into action after winter break by placing 14th at the 18-team Sky Valley Invitational Saturday, Jan. 5, at Sultan High School.
The Falcons tallied 40.5 points; Cascade of Leavenworth took the team title with 139.
Kobe Balora (220 pounds) finished third, while Drew Aposhyan (126) and Zain Balora (285) placed fifth.
South Whidbey now enters to dual meet portion of its schedule. It travels to Granite Falls at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, to face the Tigers and Sultan.
