After scoring five goals in a win over Granite Falls last week, the visiting South Whidbey High School soccer team came up empty in a 1-0 loss to the same Tigers Tuesday, Oct. 9.
With the win, Granite Falls (5-2, 6-5-1) broke a second-place tie with the Falcons (4-3, 6-5-1) in the North Sound Conference.
South Whidbey entertains Sultan (1-6, 5-8) at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11.
