South Whidbey Little league to host baseball district tourney

South Whidbey Little League will host the 9-to-10-year-old softball, and 11-to-12-year-old baseball district tournaments over the next two weeks. To make this a special event for the kids, league officials are asking for volunteers to help with scorekeeping, announcing, pitch counting and concession sales.

South Whidbey Little League will host the 9-to-10-year-old softball, and 11-to-12-year-old baseball district tournaments over the next two weeks.

To make this a special event for the kids, league officials are asking for volunteers to help with scorekeeping, announcing, pitch counting and concession sales.

The tournaments will be held Saturday, June 28 through Friday, July 4, at South Whidbey Community Park.
