A sweep of the doubles matches carried the South Whidbey High School tennis team to a 3-2 win over visiting Coupeville Monday, Sept. 30.

In doubles play, the Buck brothers, Levi and Ranger, won 6-3, 6-1; Ben Roughsedge and Jordan Wu won 6-1, 6-3; and Emmett Layman and Austin Buck won 6-4, 6-2.

Max Rodriguez fell in first singles 6-3, 6-1; and Ian Maddux dropped the second singles match 6-0, 6-0.

The Falcons (3-4) play at Seattle Academy (5-1) at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2.
